X-10 Remote switching

Hey guys-
Hope your enjoying a free day. I have a customer that wants to switch the security lights in their detatched boat house from the house about 150' away from the front door and I'm looking for an X-10 or similar product that
can do this. I checked out the X-10 site but its a bit convoluted.
Could use a fixed switch or key fob or other type remote. Any suggestions?

I had the same puzzle about 6 months ago, but mine had the added special issue of having the detached building served by a different transformer. X10 won't work in that case. I ended up using www.lightningswitch.com. Worked like a charm.

Intermatic also makes some controls using Z-Wave. I think it goes by the name Home Touch or something like that. UPB is also a good option to X-10 in that the reliability is higher.
