Can anyone tell me the AIA document I should get, I am doing a basement remodel and would like a clean looking contract with the HO. I do not have the time right now to create my own.

before you get to far, unless you know someone who will give you a copy, you will pay approx $500 to license the AIA docs...

Seems like there was a pretty decent contract on this site someplace. Maybe in the 'free stuff'? Whatever you do, put some time into writing you scope of work.

unless the homeowner was an architect I would never give them an AIA agreement.

It does lean pretty hard in the customer's favor.

ok, I didn't realize the entire scope of the AIA, I guess I am looking for a "generic" contract that I can fill in my scope. Free would be best, but $10 or so to download a copy wouldn't be bad, I'm in a bind
I need a link if anyone has one
