Most of the work I do is industrial and commercial I have done small jobs for residental but nothing major. I went to look a house today were they wanted to move some outlets and install some recessed lighting. I also have to hang a ceiling fan and relocate some switches. I figure it should take two days one for the rough one for the final. What is the going rate for residental work is it by the hour or by the day. Thanks

How do you price your industrial and commercial jobs? I realize that if they are large scale, you probably do unit pricing for the entire job. But what about MAC's? You must know what you need to charge per hour or per day. It shouldn't matter that it is resi.

Ditto's that.
You can ussually make more money with flat rate, charge by the job.
