Hi - we've got a few recent customer requests for sub metering single family dwellings... monitoring up to 15 ckts per home - for the purpose of 'networking' the home and providing green-conscious homeowners detailed visibility to their energy usage

wondering if anyone has a cost effective solution for the submeter(s) - emon is our leading candidate -

any thoughts appreciated

thanks,
Chris

we use emon for sub metering and never had a problem they work pretty nice. could you add a subpanel and put those 15 circuits in it and use the emon sub meter on the feeder feeding that panel? im not sure how you would measure 15 circuits other than doing that
