Can't remember this one. Its midnite and code book is in the truck, so help me out if you remember this. I have a 20A, 240V circuit for a well pump which is 410 ft away. It calcs out to #6 THHN for voltage drop. Now does this mean I have to pull a#8 ground or can it be a #12, since it is a 20A circuit? Thanks Fellas.

Nope, you need a #6 EGC.
I agree, 250.122(B) requires you maintain the ratio between circuit conductors and the EGC.
With 15, 20 and 30 amp circuits the ratio is 1:1.
