I am doing a service upgrade for a customer.

She has decided to renovate the kitchen at same time.

This job extra involves running 6 dedicated circuits to the kitchen and 3 circuit extensions.

The runs average 60 ft each

Teres a range circuit extension that is about 10 ft away from the existing range location.

We have to fish though about 15 ft of basement ceiling and the rest or the runs will be in a crawl space in a split level home.(limited access)

I quoted 2700 for the extras and she has sticker shock.
I need an easy way to try and tell the customer that this is all code requirement .

Is she getting new cabinets. I bet they cost $1000's more then what you are charging.
Your price is in the ball park.
Tell her how the price of material has sky rocketed.

I'm sure she can read..... show her the codebook.

LOL...

6 ccts sound like a fair amount as far as code is concerned.
Code wise- if you have an electric range should require only 4 panel spaces.

1 afci circuit for 2 receptacles (1 receptacle is a circuit extension)
2 dedicated circuits for counter space receptacles and 2 circuit extensions
1 dedicated circuit for fridge
1 dedicated circuit for over the range microwave/range hood.
We also need a dedicated circuit for the eating area (nook)
