Hi all;

My first post so be gentle. I really enjoy reading the discussions in these forums and I have found answers to many questions and found great advice here. I am looking at a 30 can recessed lighting job in a bungalow. Cellulose insulated *cough, hack* attic. I propose to install Lithonia L3R 3" remodel with the airtight gasket kit. These are IC rated. If I install the gasket kit, do I still need to install a 90 deg c vapor barrier or does the gasket seal the deal? Any clarification you all can provide on this whole recessed can issue is appreciated. :confused:

Regards;

Got my answer this am. IC with gasket kit satisfies building code requirements for vapor barrier.

I'll be back with easier questions for y'all.
