I have a NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosed 800A breaker. The interior is dripping wet due to condensation. The breaker is located "uphill" from the load conduits.

It is a Square D MA1000DS enclosure.

I asked Square D if they have a method to deal with the condensation - "nope".

Other than replacing the enclosure, do you guys have any solutions on how to keep this interior dry??

You must have cold and hot air. Which one is the coldest? Is it in the enclosed breaker? If so could you put some duct seal in the conduit(s)

And if sealing the conduits to limit the air exchange doesn't work, you could look at adding an enclosure heater.

Is there duct seal that is tested for use with conductor insulation? Other than that found with E-Y fittings (hazardous locations), I haven't found a good one that has a track record with THWN and THHN, etc.

Get a couple of those silica packs that come with your new boots.... Once you get the moisture out of the enclosure it should be ok.. either that or you have a leak.
