View Full Version : Working at the Car Wash... yet once more!

So, the owner of my now infamous Car Wash asked us to put in another remote Start / Stop switch...

Since my last J-man quit, and I hired a new service electrician, the new guy had a chance to put one in.

I didn't need to hold his hand. He ran the conduit, got the switch, pulled the wire, and wired the whole thing up in less than 6 hours.

And he did it right!

The car wash employees love us! Every time the van goes through, it gets "extra special" treatment!

By the way, thank you to all of you who posted on the original "Help me" topic.

Through all this, we have grown as a company, and created a raving fan.
I have learned a better way to hire employees, interview processes, and how to / when to hold people accountable, and when not to.

Just wanted to say thanks.
Greg

that sounds kinda dirty.
Somehow, I knew someone would take things that way... even with a pun!

There is something very satisfying about having the new guy do a job right.

That's a shame. We were looking forward to another 5 page " pull Greg out of the ditch" thread:grin::grin::grin:
