Hey guys just got done reading the carwash nightmare post. And I was wondering if there are any good websites that can teach me to read schematics for start/stop switches and so on. Id like to find one that starts with a simple 2wire? diagram and builds from there thanks

Schematics are just road maps but with different symbols. Learn the symbols and (if you need to) learn the function they represent.
Someone will be along soon with a nice image file to use.
Google for one in the mean time.

Most of the common stuff is in the Ugly's book. More stuff is in the PAL book.

Ya, any good hand book will have all the basics in it. My textbooks from trade school were loaded with motor control diagrams of all sorts.
Speaking of Ugly's books, I'm on the cover of it. :D
