Hey i've seen here where we have talked about our vans and other service vehicles how about your shop. How big are they, how many are at there home, or do you even have one? Stuff like that, personally dont have a "shop" yet i have to make do with a 12x20 storage building to house my inventory, big benders, threaders stuff like that, let me tell you its getting tight in there. Maybe when the economy and my work picks back up i can get that 40x40 metal building i've been wanting.hehe Anyhow what do you got?

I'm not an EC but like most electricians I have an in-house supply house. I prefer to build my own stock shelves out of 2X3's and plywood.

Notice on the center of the middle shelf I have my most important tool of all - duct tape.

I'm looking at the big blue handles of the big PVC cutter sticking out of a box underneath. That might be the most expensive thing on there.

Good eye Marc!!

These are just the junk shelves. I don't have pictures of the "good" shelves.

Here are 2 of 40 or so rows in one of our shops, couple million square feet, we use golf carts to get around.

Very nice Zog. I'm thinking that I know your company, but I won't say it here on the open forum.

I have about 6000 feet of warehouse space with a loading dock. About 50% is full of crap.

It's a bit messy here in the only pic I have.

There's my problem the crap that just continues to build up. Most of it too good to throw away, but I might not need it for 10 years.

That place is no joke. You probably have a restocking crew bigger than most companies. If the supply house is out of something do they call you ???

Just a few guys, riding in golf carts and motorcycles. Actually we would never have anything a supply house would have, totally different equipment. But, pretty much anyone that needs switchgear/breakers/transformers calls us one way or another, either direct, or the 3 guys you called call me.
