Friday weather

Weather like this has made for 1 busy Saturday. Our only supply house that's open on Saturday ran out of 2-1/2" galvanized and 200 amp meter sockets by 9:00 A.M. I rebuilt 4 services yesterday with 5 more to get to today. We had straight line winds at my house of 75 MPH + my weather recorder maxes at 75 MPH

Have you seen some of the "softball" size hail out west? It is unreal that winds would be high enough to keep the stuff airborne until it gets that big!!

This hail was actually going sideways. My Mothers house 2 blocks from where this photo was taken suffered serious siding and window damage.

awesome. I'd love to see the guys who do that jackass show get baseball gloves and try to catch hail in a storm like that with no protective gear.
