I saw a thread on this in the education section, with no replys. I was wondering about the same thing, so I thought I might post a similar question here.

First, to all you Cali. guys. Any of you involved with PV systems with your work?

Second. What kind of classes or certs. would be best for a contractor to look into having, besides the c-10 or c-46(I think thats what it is?)

I am in classes in NY for certs and I will find out for you what you need in NY. I am in a beginner class so please have patience.

NABCEP is the major certification body. I thought they used to have other designations at one point. That could be the SEI (Solar Energy International) I am thinking of.
