ceiling wire support

Has anyone ever used a clip like this to hang a ceiling wire from a deck? the metel pan has a groove or track to accept this clip so there is no shooting or drilling .I can not find them locally or anyone that has used them

Be very careful that those style clips conform to NEC 300.4(e)
