can we run carflex out of bell box, only going about 2 feet to hotel ground lites. the lites have a knock out on side of housing. lites sit at ground level and shine up the side of hotel. can it lay on surface as ac hook ups.

Is it that much work to run pvc pipe in the ground? It's only two feet !!

probably more cost effective not to bury two feet of PVC,he probably doesn't want to be accused of ripping off a customer by some poser.
