phase rotation

when changing a 3 phase service the phase rotation needs to be the same as it was prior to the work. which leads can be changed and which can not?

Changing any two phases will reverse the rotation. The B phase of a 120/240 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire is not permitted to be moved from the B phase position. :D
