1) Replace 100A/MB/indoor panel with new 100A/MB/indoor panel. Supply 3-2 pole breakers and 9-1 pole breakers. All the neutrals and grounds have to be spliced to reach the new bus.
2) Replace AC disconnect with new 60A disconnect. Wires burned up the old 1, but the wires going to the condensor are fine.
3) Install 1 can light to replace 1 that the tenant had ripped out of the ceiling and tore apart.
4) Replace 1 decora recep. that had broken
5) Remount dryer recep. that was shoved in the wall.
