I'm looking to get a printer (not sure if it's printer or plotter) to print full sized plans in the office. I new to doing this in the office, but I think it's going to pay off. Where would I look for a good used one at? What should I look out for when buying one? What do you have in your office?

I would imagine that you start looking on Ebay for used plotters. We use an HP750C where I work. It's a color plotter and works well. Watch out though - plotter paper and ink cartridges get pricey. For what I do alot of the time I print 11 X 17 on a b&w laser printer with drawings usually generated by AutoCad Lite.
