Health Care 517?

Is an acupuncturist's "treatment" rooms considered patient care, thus requiring redundant equipment ground?
This is the first time I've come across this.

Talked to inspector. It was one of the subjects brought up at the last IAEI convention. Acupuncture spaces are NOT 517 spaces.
