hybrid cable

I'm wiring a hotel in s.florida. The owner was told that an office building had been wired with
a hybrid cable (power/data) using a 3/4 conduit. I need to contact any contractor in florida using these hybrid cables. Please help.

I have used CAT 5 cable for data and low voltage ie: for digital camera systems, data and 12 or 24v.
