How many 15A 120V duplex recepticals can go on a 115A circuit?

On a 115 amp circuit? ;)
If you're talking about a 15 amp circuit in residential, as many as you want.
If you are talking about a commercial setting it would be 10.
See 220.3(B)(9) and 220,3(B)(10)

since the NEC Forum is down I`ll post it here.Builder sells a 60 amp gen/trans system so when hurricane season comes again they can start gen set and have lights.1,965 ft home I tell the rough guy to wire like this: micro.,fidge 2 afci circuits and 4 general lighting circuits to this 60 amp sq d transfer panel.Yes it is listed as service equiptment. The lights will be on :D I would post this in NEC but as we know somethings going on ;) Just want opinions was I wrong ????After all it is a small home and what I asked as far as I am concerned was over and beyond NEC minimum requirements.I figured the amp draw at around 35 amps far below 80 % of the circuit.
