What size cable do I need for 12V 750 amps? Its just a short run of about 4 feet.

Is this for winch? Check the instructions that came with it.

No.....its for the output of a electroplating rectifier.I need to connect the output buss bars to the buss bars at my plating bench.

txturbo, amps are amps regardless of the voltage, you will need to run parallel conductors to get 750 amp capacity.
Something like 3 sets of 250 kcmil, or 2 sets of 500 kcmil will do it if your terminations are rated 75C and you use 75C wire.

Four feet can be a mile to 12 volts. Be sure you use the figures Bob has given, plus a little more.
You will notice when maximum current is flowing in your plating tanks, the voltage will read zero on convential volt meters. Resistance is the principal concern. The lower the resistance the more available current. Heating effects are negligible due to low (eye two are).
