Carbon Black Storage

I need to store over 50lbs of Carbon Black in Orange county ca. What are the rules to follow. I recall the Orange county fire authority having some issue but i cant remember for sure. is the right place for this question? thanks for helping

Carbon black is a Group F material. Electrical area classification will depend on how it is stored and handled; however, small quantities in 50lb containers probably would not require classification at all.
