hand sanitizer

Can you help me with the location of a dispenser for an alcohol based hand sanitizer?
This will be located in a nursing home’s resident’s room.
Can this be located next to an electric switch or receptacle, or will this be an electric hazard?

I think it is unlikely that whatever is dispensed from such a device would be considered hazardous in terms of having to put it in a classified area.

If it bothers you, I would take some of the gel it dispenses and see how easily it ignites. My guess is that it will not be all that easy to ignite.
