Hi folks. I have debated changing the way I bid jobs. Are any of you using a cost plus strategy? Meaning Labor, materials, overhead then add on lets say 10% or 20%. Any thoughts on this?

We use it all of the time, but on very, very large commercial jobs. Can you get by on those margins after profit and overhead ?
