Anyone out there have a source for "hockey puck" SCR's? I am working on a 400HP 600V soft start. The source I used to use is no longer available. I have used Powerex and now cant find a distributor.

The major semiconductor suppliers I've used most are Mouser, Newark, and Digikey. Yes I know there are others. Mouser will have the best prices, Newark has an online inventory check system, and anything in the Digikey catalog is available. They all have techs available over the phone for support; for example, someone to double check an interchange with you.
