Business Management Software

Are there any opinions as to the simplest yet functional software programs out there that would allow me to track jobs, material costs, income, truck mileage, vehicle loans etc? I'm trying to use Quicken right now but it seems overly complicated for my simple needs.

A version of QuickBooks is what you want. Quicken is more for personal finances, whereas QuickBooks is purely for business use.

Look into which level of QuickBooks works best for you. They have Basic, Pro, and Premier, with more features as you go up. I'm guessing Pro is what you want. I have Premier, but I probably could have done fine with Pro.
