to ground or not to ground?

using cat5e for a dsl line only requires 1 of the 4 pairs. the remaining 3 are left unterminated. would there be any improvement in throughput by grounding the unused pairs?

I can see no advantage to grounding the remaining 3 pairs. I would leave them unterminated for the possibility of future phone lines
