Main in Sub-panel

Was wondering if there is problem/code article pertaining to a sub-panel having a main breaker.

I had bought a 200-amp Main Panel and decided to move the panel and exchange it for a MLO.

Home owner said he would like to keep the main panel as it would be in the basement and convienent for him to turn off quickly.

Of course there would still be the 200-amp switch/breaker outside.

No problem to keep the main breaker in a sub panel but you still need to separate the neutrals and grounds.
