I'm providing the followings service to a client that lives in the middle of nowhere:

1. Trace out 6 circuits.
2. Demo old sub-panel and a few circuits no longer in use.
3. Replace old sub-panel with new M.L.O. 120/240V, 100A, NEMA 3R, 20 Ckt with (3) 15A/1pole, (1)30A/2pole, (2) 20A/1pole, (1) 15A/1pole GFI, (1) 50A/2pole breakers.
4. Install a pull-box below deck, terminate all conduits inside pull box and run a single 2" conduit (18" long) up to panel with all circuits inside(for looks, the panel is located outside).

My price for labor & material = $1400.00

Any thoughts?

My gut tells me you might be a little low. Hard to say... you're the one who looked at the work. Off the cuff, using all the powers I can muster from the Green Lantern secret decoder ring, I get about $2300 bucks.

Pricing questions are difficult to comment on, every area is different , every job has different conditions, and without being able to look at the job, you asking for a good guess.

If your able to cover all your overhead costs, material with mark-up, and can make a decent profit, then your price may be ok, only you know what it cost you to operate.

Double check your math there
1. Trace out 6 circuits.
That's T&M for me.
