Is there an article in NFPA 72 that requires a minimum distance between SLC wiringrun from the same circuit ( class A output with return back to FACP)

See 6.4.2.2.2. The rule only requires that the outgoing and return conductors are routed separately, but does not specify a distance. However the appendix to that rule has a recommended distance of 1ft vertically and 4ft horizontally.
