I am trying to do some research on lighting contactors for a potential setup on an upcoming job. HO wants to master control multiple sets of lights from one location while individually control them from rest of the house. Outside of 3-waying everything back to one spot, which is most likely what will happen, where is a good spot to check things out.

Lutron Aurora (http://lutron.com/products/productSystems.aspx?sid=AuroRa&pid=WhatIsAuroRa&cid=0) is a great little system for that purpose. It comes with a car visor and as stickboy taught me today can interface with the visor on cars.

I would take a look at Levitons Decora's Home Control (X-10) also, some people dont like it but I've never had a problem with it... Usually its better for after the fact projects, but still worth a look see...

I have been using smarthome switches for a while. One nice thing about them is you can dim any of the lights from any location.Easy to install and great customer service if you have problems or questions.
