Are there any good sites that give electrical product reviews similar to consumer reports. Im trying to find a good middle road bath exhaust fan people seem to want a quiet fan but dont want to pay for a Nutone QT or a panasonic . While im at it anyone have any opinions on the panasonic fan?

panasonic and Fan tech are the only fans I use. I have never had a problem with either. I use to use the Nutone QT but I like Panasonic better.
There isn't much in middle of the road that is quiet.

These are the same people that want a good electrician but don't want to pay for one either.
I like the panasonic.

People like to cheap out on their bath exhaust fans and then want the peice of crap replaced a few years later. Of course they still don't want to pay anything for it.

I used to use the Nutone QT series until the supply house recommended the LS series. Less noise and only about $10 more per unit.

In my house there are 3 Panasonics. Great fans, but a real pain in the you know what to hang. Whoever came up with that mounting bracket araingement for Panasonic fans was on drugs. Other than that thumbs up.

I only install Panasonic.
The Pansonic fan/heaters are just ridiculously big. Just a note if the customer wants a heater/fan.
They never made any sense to me, but I install one about every 2 months.
Design wise Nutone and Broan have not kept up with the times - noise wise either IMO - Panasonic only - Fan tech if an HVAC guy is doing other duct work....
