I am going to be giving an estimate for a three unit rewire res.home in vermont.what do you guys think by the foot by the hole.Two of three services are new and inspected.So only one service left.Home is older some plaster some sheetrock.What would you guys do,Thanks

Need a lot more info that just "three-unit rewire". Are the attics accessible? Basements? finished or unfinished? Is there any other work going on that can help you (demo of some walls, perhaps)? How big? How many circuits? Gas or electric appliances? Woking solo or do you have help?......

no other work going on,one unit is on the top floor with attic space accessible,one unit is 700 sq feet,one is 850 on first floor,one is 1200 on first floor.no open walls yet and alot of the rooms do not have all required outlets ,switchable lighting ,and so on.there is a basement to help fishing the wires for the first floor.
