Need a replacement cover for steel light pole hand hole.
1214
It is 5" x 7.5" and 2" deep (front face to inside face)
Where can I get one from or should I just have one fabricated?

That one is flat, so that should be no trouble to have made at a local welding or fabrication shop.
I see a bunch of these showing up on traffic light poles and such, so I stopped and got the manufacturer's name off them in case I ever needed any:

Marc,
Good job man, your'e my new go to guy.
My boss saw me posting on this website and thought I was wasting my time but I knew better than that. He seemed to think that I would be wasting my time sending e-mails making phone calls and all sorts of other nonsense. Against my better judgment I went into his office mad:mad: at his lack of faith, at his... I'd better stop there. "You're critical cause you think it's stupid" I said and stormed out. Five minutes later I had a product sheet in my hand which I quickly handed to him without saying one word.
After about 30 seconds he walked into my office and apologized.
My new years resolution was to start making better use of the technology available to us. I'd say it's starting to pay off.
My Father has always said to me, "you can't tell 'em, you gotta show'em." Well guess what? we showed 'em.8-)
frizbeedog is much happy, with tail wagging and stuff like that.

The one I linked to takes a penta-wrench, which you may already have. One of those "Gator Grip" sockets will often work in lieu of a penta-wrench.
