I was curious who may use the hand held computers for service work. I have a strong liking to the hand held units, mainly from past work experiences.
Simpy put, my boss is very much considering hand held units, at least for the service guys.
Does anyone have a reccomendation on distributor, manufacturer, options, etc. I do live in Canada, so software specific (taxes) is a must.
Thanks

The washer repair guy was here with a computer, It make a nice dog and pony show, for preparing the bill, the guy worked longer on the computer, then working on the job, I bet a lot of customers are hood winked, with the show.

Having a computer out on the jobsite is nice, but what really bowls the customer over is taking the secretary out there also so she can type it all up for you.
