Hey guys
Got a quick question and im having a brain block this morning. Lent my amprobe dm-II test to father inlaw yesterday so he could test out a 3-phase 4 wire wye service. Talked to him this morning to see how it went. He says he hooked it up fine but had trouble with the nuetral because the used 3-500 mcm for nuetral and he couldn't get the ct around all three. So he just clipped 2. Now my question is, trying to think of the potential problems ahead of time is how will this effect the test. All i can come up with is that the neutral readings from the test will be wrong but all othe readings should be fine. Thanks looking for your imput.
