Is there a limit to the number of bends in flexible metal conduit as there is in EMT?

I think its 360 like any other hard conduit.

There's also a radius requirement too.

Better to run the types with the wire inside already(mc). At least for now there is no restriction on bends with that. But in time there will be, cause thats how things work.

That's 'cause it's a cable and not a raceway.
Actually, MC may have a minimum bending radius. Anyone?

I don't understand 348.60 for FMC or 350.60 for LFMC re: grounding and bonding.
Why would you use flexible conduit if flexibility is not required, what is flexibility, and what exactly determines when flexibility is required?
