As I mentioned in a thread I started a month of so back, while this news is bad for the economy it also means that a lot of people like myself will be able to finally buy a home because prices are falling and foreclosures can be bought for a fraction of the original price.

I've not worked in two days for the first time in as long as I can remember. Back to work Monday, so I guess it's temporary. I hope.
