Conductors of different voltages, panels in same raceway

I was recently on a job where per drawing both 120v and 277v conductors were installed in the same conduit. Is legal per art. 300.3 (C) (1) of NEC or not?

As long as both are rated for the higher voltage, you're OK. Most building wire is rated 600v anyway, so you're covered.
