Overcurrent protection for class II transformer

Hi,

I feed many class II 115V/24V 40VA transformers with a main transformer 460V/115V. The secondary of the main transformer is protected with a 15A circuit breaker.

Am I obligated to protect the primary of the class II transformer other than the 15A circuit breaker.
