Client wishes for me to install an electrical panel in a vestibule that leads into the restroom. Clearances meet NEC but the location of this panel with a vestibule is what concerns me. Is this location acceptable per NEC??

Would be legal, considering the information you've provided.

What is your concern? That it's acessible to the public?

Welcome to the forum.:)

There is no NEC prohibition to installing an electrical panel in a vestibule leading to a restroom.

In fact in other than dwelling units and guest suites of hotels and motels, electrical panels that are not service equipment can be located in a restroom. May not be a great design but not prohibited.

My concern was the panel being at an entrance to a restroom clearly accessible to the public. I just prefer the out of sight/locked locations better.
