ahh the old "more than one current carrying conductors in a raceway adjustment factor". I didn'y even notice that they were all jammed into one pipe. Perhaps it's only a 24" nipple?

Not being there with a tape measure, I can't say for certain. But it sure looks like it's more than 24". That panel doesn't appear to be 14?" wide.

Wow with around 32 conductors that adjustment factor would give each a capacity of 8.75a according to T310.16 values...excuse me, ampacity
