Oh you want a pole light. :grin: That will be pretty ugly with OH conductors coming to it.

yes well its for a trail the project consist of 20' of pole fixtures being installed along 2000' of train tracks. So i guess they just want it lit up

Well, if they do want something fancy, I would suggest Sternburg lighting:

They even have natural gas pole lights.


Finding some way to incorporate some of those old "glass insulators" on the pole would also be way cool.

You want simple then put in a double flood light with CFL bulbs.....That's pretty rustic. :grin:
