California T&M Rates

Would anyone be able to help me hone in standard T&M rate for a 10-20 man electrical outfit in CA. Also any info what the same rate may be for a Union outfit.

Rates are usually based on overhead and operating expenses cost of doing business, then add a desired profit figure, no business will have the same expenses or costs, so looking at what someone else is chargingm will only be bad information.

I understand that there are a lot of different factors and I?m not looking at a EXACT number more of a range of what people charge or have seen people charge T&M rates, recently, with the economy is these days.

California is pretty large and average rates vary considerably by locality.
