410.73 remodel work

So _ I am doing a tenant finish out and the owner wants to use light fixtures from his attic storage - can we add the ballast disconnect to the fixture under 410.73? There is no manuf. warranty on these so the owner is aware.
Times are tough and this will save $$ in the purchase of new fixtures. Less money to put a man on wiring in a new disconnect than buying new.

Yes. You can buy them by the truckload at the supply house.

Yes they can be added and make them legal as far as disconnect. I do hope they are not the old T-12's because of wasted energy. If we are talking only a few then might be worth it. Hope your allowing for the ones that might not work.
