Her's another question I'm having trouble with.. I hope nobody minds me asking.... An overcurrent devise that is not sufficient to start a 5 horsepower motor, with a marked temperature rise of 40 degrees C. In a continuous duty application, shall be rated at not more than what percentage of the nameplate rating?

140% That's what I came up with.... I'm studying for my masters exam... That's why... Not trying to be a but head. But I sometimes come across that way. And through time have too much confidents....

Is it a closed book test? Why would you be studing without your code book?

Thats what I come up with , 140% its found in 430.32(C). overloads protection are overcurrents protection, not to be confused with short-circuit ground fault protection.
