Im looking to protect an area, pad, of electrical equipment. HVL line up, 2 transformers are sitting on a concrete pad with conduits from bottom.
It will have proper grounding with a grid and mesh supplement.
Im looking to protect this lineup with a removable fence.
how do i make the the provision for grounding? I cant just ground the sleeve.
I cant just have a ground lug, because chances are, the contractor wont reconnect the ground conductor after putting the fence back.
does it need to be grounded? i think so, but i cant find anything in NEC that requires grounding bollard, or removable guard rails.
