Of course... That's why they make them silly green screws... Oh - contrary to popular belief - you have to ground the device you put in it too...
my reply was to post number two. Please show me a code article that says I have to ground the device along with the box. I'd like to see it.

Don't have my book in front of me but I'd say if the romex was just passing through the box without being stripped and terminated to a device, the box would not have to be bonded.

Not so, 250.4, and 250.86-ish off the top of my head. The box must be bonded, even if no conductors are spliced within the box. Also see 250.148.
