Disconnect for transfomers 112 kva and smaller

What disconnect would that be? The primary windings need overcurrent protection, and so too do the primary feeder conductors. The device(s) that do that job are all you need, and they don't need to be in the same county as the transformer itself.

What disconnect are you referring too?

There is no NEC requirement for a disconnecting means located within sight from a transformer.

You must have primary overcurrent protection for the transformer but that does not need to be within sight from the transformer.

The secondary conductor must have overcurrent protection as specified in 240.21(C), which may require that the protection be within 10 feet or 25 feet depending on which method listed in 240.21(C) you use.

probably makes no difference as far as the answer. as charlieb states, primary disconnect can be located any distance from the transformer.
(Had you actually been talking 112kv there may have been some rule with which I have no familiarity)
